If the nozzle is definitely not touching the material and blocking the water flow this way it's likely you have a clogged nozzle. The nozzle will need to be inverted in the nozzle body and the high pressure water test run to clean it out. Don't do this yourself, ask a member of technical staff for help.
If the clog is particularly stubborn and won't come free with a simple high pressure test you may need to run the 100-cycle sample file available in the OMAX software. This will turn the pump on and off 100 times in an attempt to dislodge any contaminants.
