COSHH - Smooth-On - XTC-3D
This specialist epoxy is used to smooth out the layer lines of FMD/FFF 3D print. It's painted on in a reasonably thick layer and allowed to self level to a smooth surface, so it doesn't permit particularly tight tolerances.

Nitrile Gloves You must wear nitrile gloves when working with epoxy materials. Dispose of these safely in the general waste when you have finished working. Cover exposed skin during use. |

Safety Glasses You must wear safety glasses when working with epoxy materials, especially if you are working overhead or with a high risk of dripping glue. |

Sensitising material Epoxy is a sensitising material - with repeated exposure you may develop an allergic reaction. Avoid contact with skin by wearing nitrile gloves and covering exposed skin. Immediately wash skin thoroughly with soap and water in the event of contact. Dispose of contaminated clothing. |

Severly irritating to eyes Wash affected eye thoroughly for several minutes using the eye bath sinks. |

Use in a well ventilated area Use only in ventilated extraction area with the extraction fan turned on. |
