The control reports “Chuck Unclamped” even though it is clamping the work

The chuck has recently been changed from collet chuck to three jaw chuck, or vice-versa and the clamping direction needs to be updated.

Contact a technician to change Setting 92 to the correct value for the workholding type you are using.

The collet chuck should be set to “ID clamping” for normal use.

You will also need to adjust this setting if you are using the 3-jaw chuck to clamp on the ID of the part rather than the OD.
