Resetting the VFD Does Not Clear a Fault, Pressure Indicator Reads “30.”

This fault may be due to blocked water filters. There are two pairs of water filters on the waterjet cutter.

• One pair is installed in the pump frame.
• One pair is installed at the window end of the tank.

When the pump operates, each pair of gauges must show approximately the same pressure.

A pressure differential between the two gauges shows that you must change one or more filters.
