The bulk abrasive supply hose sprays garnet from the tool head mounted garnet hopper

The bulk abrasive hopper is empty. Fill the hopper with garnet.

This is an easy process, but be careful. Make sure the tool head hopper does not become empty. This will prevent cutting and spray water everywhere.

  • Push the blue PAUSE button on the machine pendant to stop the machine.
  • Make sure the lid is on the bulk abrasive hopper.
  • Close the AIR IN valve on the bulk abrasive hopper.
  • Open the DUMP VALVE. Wait for the hopper to release pressure.
  • Close the DUMP VALVE.

This will release the pressure and stop the spray of garnet from the tool head hopper. Contact a technician to fill the bulk abrasive hopper.
