Fusion 360 Tool Library
The standard tool libraries for the UMC-500 are available on the Microsoft Teams group, under the "CNC Machinery" channel. Look in the Files tab.
All the tools - mills, drills, etc. are all in one library and can be filtered down using the facility in Fusion 360's tool library.
You should periodically check for a new version of the tool library - it is often updated with new tools or new feeds and speeds.
Tool Numbering
The tools in the standard tool library are kept assembled and spares of the cutting tools, inserts, etc. are kept in stock. These standard tools occupy specific places in the tool library, and those numbers shouldn't be re-used for other purposes.
There are two ranges highlighted below which are available for special tools assembled for particular jobs.
Tool Number | Purpose |

200 | Always kept empty |
199 | Tool Probe |
